What creates a leader?
L - Learn from other leaders: Be coachable & open-minded. Associate with liked minded individuals. read &/or attend seminars from professional mentors. Leaders are readers! Feed your mind!
E - Environment: Surround yourself in a positive environment which promotes productivity. A cluttered, chaotic environment will promote minimal productivity...and frustration!
A - Attitude: Attitude is EVERYTHING! Would you want to associate with someone with a negative mindset? Let alone "attempt" to learn how to be successful in your business? Have a positive mindset in everything you do!
D - Daily Action: Set your daily action plan the night before & put it into action each and every day. Your team WILL follow you, so you MUST lead by example. Exercise daily action steps to achieve your goal.
E - Embrace every obstacle and struggle that comes your way: These are the stumbling blocks on your road to success; without them you will not grow.
R - Recognition: It's so important to recognize the efforts of your team! Praise all efforts...big & small! Recognition will go far! It boosts their confidence & will continue their momentum & growth!
S - Step out of your comfort zone: You must must must step out of the box! I cannot stress that enough! If you want to grow your business & leadership you must do something new. It may be uncomfortable at first, but you will soon learn it was not so bad...and you benefited from it in several ways!
H - Help your team: This is a must! You need to be there for your team & help them to grow & succeed!
I - Inspire: Be an inspiration! Inspire others to be the best they can be! Bring out the best in others in every aspect of their lives!
P - Personal Development: I strongly believe in always developing myself. I'm always reading something to improve in some aspect of my life! Leaders are readers!
