Success in network marketing depends on a number of factors. Having a supportive and present up-line management team is paramount. Just remember that without you, the up-line would not make any residual income.
I have been hearing too many people blaming their lack of success on their up-line, but have any of these people taken the time to stop and take a look in the mirror? I believe that if they did, then they would realize that “the buck stops here.” I am in no way advocating that the up-line is not responsible for training new business associates, and providing guidance and support. However, it is incumbent upon the new team member to be plugged in: attend the training calls, stay in contact with their sponsor/upline and apply what they have learned to become a successful business owner.
By blaming your sponsor, you are choosing to use this excuse as a crutch. If you want to be successful, you must stop making excuses and stand on your own two feet!! I am no different than you. I too had to start somewhere and it didn’t come with instant success. What you must remember is that this is YOUR BUSINESS and YOU and only you, are in control of your own business.
So with that said....Are you plugged in? Do you read your emails?Are you in contact with your sponsor or mentor? Are you watching what leaders are doing? Are you plugged in to Facebook groups? The tools are there for you! You simply need to reach out and grab them! It your responsibility to stay in contact! Your sponsor CANNOT make you stay plugged in & work your business.You must take the initiative if you want your business grow....that's the bottom line folks!
